Once you have clicked “Join” and downloaded the PDF form, please print the form off at home.
All details need to be filled out with your full name and address.
Please ensure when the form is filled out in the “Proposer” section that both primary and secondary Proposers are members of The Dunmow Club and have been members of the club for a year minimum.
After all details have been filled in please bring your printed form into the club and pass to a member of the bar staff who will then inform the committee.
Please note if you are unable to download and print the PDF form via the “Join” button below, you are able to pick up a printed form from behind the Bar.
